Have a permanent smtp error if sending to one of our users from external via smtp. Internal works fine.

It's just one user that have this error. It works if I add another internet address to the person document in domino. Our spam service says that our system rejects the mail for that address somehow. I can't find any rule or policy that rejects the email.

Error message says;

This is the mail delivery agent at spamservice.com.
I was not able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

<user@domain.com>:
ip.address does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 554 Mail for user@domain.com rejected for policy reasons.

Any good debug parameters to brake down the problem?
